The Team That Supports You

Founded in June 2023 by Philippe Poudrier, the Poudrier Real Estate Team quickly established itself as a key player in the residential real estate market in the Quebec region.

At its inception, the team consisted of three dedicated real estate brokers: Joseph Thibault-Landry, Alec Thibault, and Philippe Poudrier himself. In February of the following year, Marc-Antoine Simard joined, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm with him.

Today, the Poudrier Real Estate Team is made up of five dynamic and committed members: four brokers available seven days a week and an operations director, Justine Prémont, who manages the team. Each of them brings their unique personality and identity, contributing to a common goal: total customer satisfaction.

The team is distinguished by its transparency, honesty, efficiency, and friendliness. Their service is firmly focused on people and results, offering an exceptional and personalized customer experience. Operating mainly on the South and North Shores of Quebec City, as well as in the regions of Beauce, Bellechasse, Montmagny, and the surrounding areas, these four diligent brokers are ready to meet their clients' needs with professionalism and dedication. Philippe Poudrier

Philippe Poudrier is an accomplished entrepreneur and professional, with a diversified and successful career across multiple sectors. He was also the owner of 13 women's clothing and shoe stores under the Globus Vêtements et Chaussures and Glö Chaussures banners. Philippe navigated brilliantly in the world of fashion and retail. He then distinguished himself in the automotive industry as a sales advisor for brands such as Kia, Honda, and Volkswagen. His efficiency, transparency, and honesty made him a respected figure within these companies. Additionally, his accomplishments at Rinfret Volkswagen allowed him to rank among the top 15 sellers in Canada, thus joining the prestigious Guild of Canada's Best Sellers.

Always in search of new challenges, Philippe then redirected his career towards real estate. His journey in this field has been marked by continuous progression: team real estate broker, solo real estate broker, and finally team leader. In June 2023, he founded his own team, which today includes four brokers and a full-time administrative director.

With a thirst for challenges and a competitive nature, this passionate broker is also deeply focused on family, friends, and customer service. The client experience has always been at the heart of his priorities. On a personal level, he is also a devoted family man, father to two children, Olivia and Félix, and stepfather to a third child, Charles. Known for his friendliness, efficiency, and result-oriented approach, Philippe and his team are ready to offer you exceptional service.

Joseph Thibault-Landry
