The Team That Supports You
Founded in June 2023 by Philippe Poudrier, the team quickly established itself as a key player in the residential real estate market across the greater Québec City area.
Comprising three dedicated real estate brokers—Philippe Poudrier, Joseph Thibault-Landry, and Alec Thibault—the team relies on a solid, comprehensive structure to deliver impeccable service. It is supported by Justine Prémont, Director of Operations; Mélanie Bisson, Coordinator and Executive Secretary; and Claude Poudrier, Logistics Coordinator.
Each person brings their own personality, strengths, and unique touch, yet they all share a common goal: total client satisfaction. Known for its transparency, honesty, efficiency, and friendliness, the team puts people at the heart of every transaction.
Available seven days a week, it provides an exceptional, personalized, results-driven client experience. The Philippe Poudrier Real Estate team serves a wide territory—on the North Shore, from Portneuf to Mont-Sainte-Anne, and on the South Shore, from Montmagny to Victoriaville, including the Beauce and Bellechasse regions. Driven by a shared passion for real estate and guided by strong values, the team continues to write its story by supporting its clients with professionalism and dedication.
Philippe Poudrier
Philippe Poudrier is an accomplished entrepreneur and professional, with a diversified and successful career across multiple sectors. He was also the owner of 13 women's clothing and shoe stores under the Globus Vêtements et Chaussures and Glö Chaussures banners. Philippe navigated brilliantly in the world of fashion and retail. He then distinguished himself in the automotive industry as a sales advisor for brands such as Kia, Honda, and Volkswagen. His efficiency, transparency, and honesty made him a respected figure within these companies. Additionally, his accomplishments at Rinfret Volkswagen allowed him to rank among the top 15 sellers in Canada, thus joining the prestigious Guild of Canada's Best Sellers.
Always in search of new challenges, Philippe then redirected his career towards real estate. His journey in this field has been marked by continuous progression: team real estate broker, solo real estate broker, and finally team leader. In June 2023, he founded his own team, which today includes four brokers and a full-time administrative director.
With a thirst for challenges and a competitive nature, this passionate broker is also deeply focused on family, friends, and customer service. The client experience has always been at the heart of his priorities. On a personal level, he is also a devoted family man, father to two children, Olivia and Félix, and stepfather to a third child, Charles. Known for his friendliness, efficiency, and result-oriented approach, Philippe and his team are ready to offer you exceptional service.
Justine Prémont
Organized and meticulous, Justine is an accomplished professional who takes pride in structuring every project with precision. With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach, she ensures that each task is completed with the highest level of efficiency.
In parallel with her current activities, Justine is pursuing studies to become a real estate broker. Passionate about this field, she is preparing to bring her expertise and dedication to those seeking quality support in achieving their real estate projects.
Beyond her professional and academic abilities, Justine is distinguished by her natural interpersonal skills. She has a knack for building strong relationships, whether at work or in her personal life. Passionate about moments of togetherness, she enjoys gathering her family and friends for warm, convivial experiences.
A proud mother of a young boy, Charles, and a caring stepmother to Olivia and Félix, Justine finds balance in the love and support of her family. She places great importance on creating precious memories with her loved ones, all while pursuing her professional and academic ambitions with energy and dedication.
